With nearly two decades of experience in the industry, Juan Carlos is a dedicated professional who understands what it takes to make a business succeed. With a nose-on-the-ground approach, no other sales professional brings this level of grit, determination, and knowledge to the table. Highly skilled at curating targeted growth plans and identifying gaps in a business’s foundational structure, Juan Carlos is focused on scalability and results that impact his clients’ bottom line.

Today, Juan Carlos serves as a director of growth for Renova.

Renova is a consulting firm that specializes in helping small-to-midsize business sales grow through financing analysis, organic sales growth, employee sales training, operation analysis, and execution. Seeing first-hand the unethical business practices, sales manipulation, and increasing employee turnover rates in many industries across the country, Juan Carlos started Renova, a consulting company that always acts with integrity and puts the clients first.

Juan Carlos built his expertise over the years by holding nearly every position within a financial institution. It was while being a small business banker where he gained the reputation of understanding business owners’ problems and finding the root causes of their needs. During this time, Juan Carlos regularly visited his clients and fell in love with the feeling of helping them grow, creating more jobs, and sustaining a stronger foothold within the local business community.

Ready for the next step in his career.

Juan Carlos took a position as a financial center manager so that he could gain the necessary experience of running his own team officially. In his time at the branch, he led a high-performing sales and operations team that ranked at the top in customer satisfaction and began assisting neighboring branches to win their territories. This experience is what ultimately sparked his decision to start Renova.

When he’s not helping clients take their business to the next level, Juan Carlos enjoys spending time with his wife and two young children.
